The HyFlow is part of Stargate Hydrogen’s R&D and Demonstration projects and focuses on addressing these challenges by developing next-generation alkaline electrolysis technology. The project aims to reduce equipment investment costs by up to 6.5 times and energy consumption by 20%, thereby lowering the electrolysis voltage from 1.9 volts to 1.6 volts. The proposed technology will enable significantly more efficient and cost-effective production of green hydrogen compared to today’s industrial electrolysis solutions.
